How much does a garage mini split cost?

$3,500 for a 2 car garage (12,000 BTU) and $3,950 for a 3 car garage (18,000 BTU), installed. Electrical, permits, HOA approval and Wi-Fi setup are included.

What size mini split do I need for a 2 car garage?

Most two car garages take a 12,000 BTU unit. Insulation, windows and which way the garage faces can change that, so we confirm it at your free quote.

What size mini split do I need for a 3 car garage?

Most three car garages take an 18,000 BTU unit. Workshops with heat from tools or a freezer may need more.

Can I insulate the garage door?

Yes, and it helps. An insulated door lets the unit hold temperature with less work. We'll tell you if it's worth it for your garage.

How long does a garage install take?

Most are done in a day. One customer's garage was done in under two hours.
