Can a mini split cool just one bedroom?
Yes. That's what they're best at. The bedroom gets its own unit and its own remote, and your main AC doesn't have to work harder.
Will a mini split work in an enclosed lanai or sunroom?
Yes, as long as the room is enclosed. Lots of glass means more heat, so we size the unit for it at your free quote.
Do I need ductwork for an addition?
No. A mini split needs no ducts, so you don't have to tie the new room into your old system.
